1. What happens
after I place an order?
After your order is placed online, you will be notified by e-mail with a detailed
explanation of your order. If you do not receive this notification within eight
hours, please contact customer service at customerservice@completeexhaust.com.
2. Is my
personal/credit card information safe with your website?
Yes, all of our customers’ personal information is totally secure. Our
shopping cart is Verisign certified for safety and we do not give out any of
your personal information to any other companies.
3. What
credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard.

How long will it take me to get my order?
All of our orders are shipped via UPS. You must request a shipping method, which
will determine the length of time it will take for your order to arrive.

5. Are the prices listed on the website 100% correct?
All prices on this website are subject to change at any time. While we do our
best to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur, and we reserve the right
to correct any inaccuracies. No changes will be applied to a customer’s
order without their consent.

Ho do I return a product?
To make a return, e-mail us at customerservice@completeexhaust.com regarding
the item you would like to return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA#), so you can send the items to us. Re-box the item being returned
and write the RMA# on the outside of the box. Completeexhaust.com will not pay
shipping charges on returned items. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee. If there is a need for additional information,
please e-mail us at customerservice@completeexhaust.com.
